What Braevity is
An AI-powered job search assistant
Braevity helps you evaluate job postings, generate tailored resumes, track applications, and autofill application forms — all powered by AI.
The product provides AI-generated recommendations and content. You remain responsible for reviewing everything before submitting it to employers.
Braevity is currently available to users signing up from India only. If you're elsewhere, you can join our waitlist and we'll notify you when we expand.
Acceptable use
Use the tool responsibly
You must be 18 or older to use Braevity. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Don't use Braevity to submit false or misleading information to employers, scrape third-party job platforms in violation of their terms, or abuse the credit system.
One account per person. Sharing accounts or reselling access is not permitted.
When you use autofill, Braevity fills third-party employer application forms with data from your profile, at your direction. You're responsible for reviewing what gets submitted — Braevity does not control or vet the destination forms.
Billing and subscriptions
How plans and credits work
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically and are billed in INR via Razorpay. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Daily credits
Credits reset at midnight UTC every day and do not roll over. Unused daily credits are forfeited. Top-up credits expire when your subscription renews or ends.
Refunds
Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. For billing issues contact billing@braevity.com within 7 days of the charge.
AI output disclaimer
Review before you use
Braevity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output — including resumes, evaluations, and autofill suggestions.
Always review generated content before submitting it. Braevity is not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI outputs.
Warranty and liability
Service provided as-is
Braevity is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braevity's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
Account termination
You can stop using Braevity at any time. To close your account and request deletion of your data, email privacy@braevity.com — see our Privacy Policy for details on what we retain and for how long.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, including abuse of the credit system, submitting false information to employers through Braevity, or attempting to bypass the India-only access gate.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For data-protection specific grievances, see the Grievance Officer contact in our Privacy Policy.
